Academic Credentials
I’m Spanish by nationality, but I grew up partly in the United States and have spent much of my professional life working with American teams, institutions, and business environments, giving me a strong cultural and professional connection to the U.S. I have also been a resident of Spain, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Thailand, experiences that have further shaped my international perspective and cross-cultural understanding.
I currently serve as professor at the Institute for American Universities (IAU). In this role, I regularly teach undergraduate students from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, the University of Arizona, Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, and George Washington University. My primary teaching areas are International Business, International Competencies, Strategic Management and Microeconomics.

I have also lectured at several leading business schools and institutions, including ESIC (Madrid), UPH Executive Education (Jakarta), Kasetsart University, the National Institute of Development Administration (Bangkok), Arcadia University (PA), CIEE, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). Participants in my courses have included (among others) executives and managers from organizations such as Lippo Group, Siloam Hospitals, Starbucks, Huawei, GWM, HSBC, and Aviko.
